The rules for using ZayloZone

This agreement covers both sides of the platform: users who complete tasks and advertisers who fund campaigns. It explains account rules, withdrawals, prohibited conduct, advertiser funding limits, and how ZayloZone can protect the service.

These terms apply to both people earning rewards and people funding campaigns on ZayloZone.

Minimum age

18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old to register, fund a campaign, or use the platform.

Withdrawals

Users only

User withdrawals may be requested only after verification, eligibility checks, and minimum thresholds are met.

Advertiser balance

Non-withdrawable

Advertiser funds are for campaign delivery and platform services and cannot be cashed out or withdrawn.

01 Scope and acceptance

When this agreement applies and how consent is formed.

This User Agreement governs access to and use of ZayloZone by users, advertisers, visitors, and account holders.

By creating an account, signing in, funding a campaign, completing tasks, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and the ZayloZone Privacy Policy.

  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
  • We may revise this page from time to time, and your continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
02 Eligibility and account ownership

Who can use ZayloZone and what you promise when registering.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use ZayloZone.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated if anything changes.

  • One person or business may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, rules, or enforcement actions.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
  • We may request identity, payment, or business verification before enabling some features or processing account actions.

Your login details, device security, and general use obligations.

You are responsible for protecting your password, email access, device security, and any recovery methods linked to your account.

You must notify ZayloZone promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or your credentials have been exposed.

  • Do not share your account with another person or allow third parties to operate it on your behalf without written approval.
  • Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security or usage restrictions.
  • We may log activity and use automated or manual review to detect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

User rewards, balances, and withdrawals

How user earnings work and when withdrawals are allowed.

Users may earn rewards only for valid task completion that satisfies the rules, timing, targeting, and quality checks applied by ZayloZone.

A balance becomes withdrawable only when it is marked available, any required verification has been completed, the minimum withdrawal threshold has been reached, and no fraud, duplicate activity, chargeback, or policy review is pending.

  • We may reject, delay, reverse, adjust, or hold rewards if activity appears invalid, automated, misleading, duplicated, incentivized in an unauthorized way, or otherwise non-compliant.
  • Withdrawal methods, limits, fees, timing, and verification requirements may vary by account status, country, provider availability, or risk review.
  • Using ZayloZone as a user does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or salary relationship with ZayloZone.
  • You are responsible for taxes, reporting duties, and local legal compliance connected to rewards or payouts you receive.
05 Advertiser funding, campaign spend, and non-withdrawable balances

What advertisers can do with funded balances and the limits that apply.

Advertisers may add funds to their account to pay for campaign delivery, traffic, platform services, and related features offered by ZayloZone.

Advertiser balances are not bank accounts, stored-value wallets, or custodial accounts. Funds credited for advertising are for use inside the platform only and are not withdrawable.

  • Advertiser balances cannot be cashed out, transferred to another advertiser, converted into user withdrawals, or otherwise withdrawn from the platform.
  • Any exception, refund, or credit is solely at ZayloZone discretion, must be requested in writing, and may be limited by payment provider rules, fraud controls, fees, consumed spend, or violation history.
  • Campaign delivery volume, timing, conversion quality, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Advertisers are responsible for targeting choices, landing pages, promoted materials, and compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party network requirements.

Actions that are not allowed for any account type.

You may not use ZayloZone in any unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or security-threatening manner.

We may investigate any behavior that appears to manipulate the platform, mislead participants, interfere with campaigns, or damage service integrity.

  • No bots, scripts, emulators, click farms, traffic laundering, spoofing, device farms, or other artificial activity.
  • No false identity, stolen payment methods, fake verification documents, or misrepresentation of business or personal details.
  • No malware, phishing, adult exploitation, hate content, illegal goods, copyright infringement, or other prohibited material.
  • No attempts to exploit bugs, payment loopholes, referrals, rewards logic, rate limits, or moderation gaps.
07 Content, platform rules, and intellectual property

Ownership and permissions for campaign materials and platform content.

Advertisers and users remain responsible for the content, materials, instructions, and destinations they submit or promote through ZayloZone.

By submitting content to the Service, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, display, distribute, and process that content in connection with the platform.

  • ZayloZone may reject, edit, limit, pause, or remove content that violates law, policy, quality standards, or platform safety requirements.
  • All ZayloZone branding, software, layouts, databases, and platform materials remain the property of ZayloZone or its licensors.
  • You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
08 Suspension, restrictions, and termination

Suspension, restrictions, and termination

When ZayloZone can limit or close access.

ZayloZone may suspend, limit, review, or terminate any account or feature at any time if we believe it is necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, technical stability, payment risk, or policy enforcement.

We may do this with or without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

  • Balances, rewards, campaign activity, or pending actions may be frozen while an investigation is active.
  • Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination, including payment disputes, chargebacks, indemnity duties, or enforcement rights.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time, but previously accrued obligations and restrictions still apply.
09 Privacy, disclaimers, and limitation of liability

How data is handled and the limits of platform responsibility.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the ZayloZone Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data may be processed to operate, secure, improve, and support the platform.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific earnings, campaign performance, or compatibility with every device, browser, country, or payment provider.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZayloZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
  • If a third party brings a claim based on your content, activity, payment behavior, or rule violations, you agree to indemnify and hold ZayloZone harmless to the extent allowed by law.

How updates work and where to send questions.

This Agreement takes effect on March 6, 2026 for the version published on this page. We may update wording, rules, features, or operational requirements as the platform evolves.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Questions about this Agreement may be sent to support@zaylozone.com.
  • If you continue using the Service after an updated Agreement is posted, the updated terms apply to your ongoing use.
  • This page is intended to communicate platform rules clearly, but ZayloZone may still take action needed to protect users, advertisers, systems, and legal compliance.

Need clarification before using the platform?

If something in this agreement is unclear, contact support before funding a campaign or requesting a payout. We would rather clarify the rule than clean up avoidable account issues later.
